Charles Juniper
Charles is responsible for NelsonHall's insurance BPO research, and contributes to NelsonHall's Key Vendor Assessment Program.
Charles joined NelsonHall in 2006 from BT's Corporate Strategy Group, where he was responsible for market assessments of the European outsourcing and professional services markets, and the identification, assessment and valuation of potential European company acquisitions to the BT Main Board. In his time at BT, Charles was awarded BT 'Marketing Manager of the Year' for his work in BT Major Business, finance industry sector.
Charles has over 15 years' experience in the IT and telecoms sectors, principally in strategic planning and analysis of the outsourcing and professional services markets, including project management experience.
Charles has a B.Eng. from the University of Liverpool and an MBA from the Open University.
