Dominique Raviart
Dominique is Research Manager of NelsonHall's IT Outsourcing program, and is highly regarded for his knowledge and expertise in IT outsourcing and application management world-wide. Dominique is regularly quoted in the press, including 01 Informatique and Les Echos in France, and has addressed Nasscom on emerging opportunities.
Dominique has over 8 years experience in the industry and has extensive experience in analysis of IT outsourcing markets and vendors across full scope IT outsourcing, IT infrastructure management and application management. His recent work includes analyses of software testing, of the differing outsourcing adoption patterns across Europe, of the rising offshore adoption in IT outsourcing and of how application management contracts are transforming into application services contracts.
Dominique joined NelsonHall in 2007. Prior to NelsonHall, Dominique worked as a Senior Analyst for Ovum and IDC advising vendors and end-users on application services strategies and on trends in IT outsourcing and BPO markets. He also has experience as an accounting manager and in SAP change management.
Dominique holds a Master of International Business Studies from the international MBA program at the University of South Carolina.
