Gary Bragar
Gary is a lead analyst working on NelsonHall's HR Outsourcing program, and has extensive industry experience as an HR practitioner.
Gary joined NelsonHall in 2006 from AT&T, where he was a member of the governance team responsible for managing the service delivery for AT&T's major HR and payroll services BPO contract with Aon Human Capital Services. Gary helped forge the strong partnership between AT&T and Aon: the two companies were awarded "HRO Relationship of the Year" in the Financial & Business Services Sector of the 2004 HRO Awards.
In Gary's prior role as HR architect at AT&T, he led the activities associated with assessing, proposing and valuing the human asset components of an engagement for AT&T Solutions. He conducted detailed comparative analysis of clients' benefit plans, company policies, total compensation, culture and cost analysis. He was a member of 15 client engagement teams that generated over $2Bn in revenue for AT&T.
Gary is an experienced guest speaker and lecturer, having presented at conferences throughout the U.S. on outsourcing topics, such as best practices in HRO services, quality management, and governance matters.
Gary has a BSc from Kean University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and is an Adjunct Professor at Bloomfield College, where he has been teaching Total Quality Management courses for 15 years.
