Helen Neale
Helen is Principal Analyst for NelsonHall's HR Outsourcing program, and is a highly respected analyst and commentator on the HR marketplace.
Helen joined NelsonHall in 2002 and has been responsible for providing research and insight across NelsonHall's BPO programs. She currently specializes in HRO, and has been responsible for major studies of multi-process HRO, benefits administration outsourcing, and learning BPO.
Prior to joining NelsonHall, Helen worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she managed the European BPO business development support department, having responsibility for European research and analysis and proposal support, and playing a key role in assisting the winning of bids for F&A, HR and procurement outsourcing.
Helen is highly regarded for her expertise in HRO, and has presented at a number of major industry events such as HRO World.
Helen has an MSc from City University in London and a BSc from York University.
