Jeffrey Selub
Jeffrey is reponsible for the delivery of all services related to NelsonHall's Customer Management Services program.

Jeffrey has extensive knowledge and experience of market strategy and analysis, service development and corporate development in the customer management services industry.
Prior to joining NelsonHall, Jeffrey served as director of market strategy and intelligence at two leading customer management services vendors - TeleTech and StarTek - and has assisted CMS vendors in the development of actionable market strategies to drive product and services positioning including the development of recommendations for new and enhanced BPO offerings by vertical market, a key issue for CMS vendors. Jeffrey has also been responsible for execution of many strategic partnerships within the industry and supported the identification and execution of acquisitions.
Jeffrey has a B.Sc. in Economics and an M.B.A. from Colorado State University.
