Katharina Grimme
Katharina is a Research Director at NelsonHall, developing and leading NelsonHall's F&A Outsourcing research together with NelsonHall's German and Continental European BPO research.
Katharina has over 8 years' experience leading strategy sessions and advising top level executives of key players on technology developments, strategic positioning, and go-to-market initiatives in the IT services and BPO arena.
Before joining NelsonHall, Katharina developed and led the German operations of Ovum. In that position, she was also a Principal Analyst in Ovum's Outsourcing Practice, advising vendors on business strategies, technology developments and market trends.
Katharina holds a diploma in economics from Wuppertal University, an MBA from the University of Birmingham, and a Ph.D. from the University of Sussex.
