Mark Dale

Mark is part of the Key Vendor Assessment (KVA) team. He is also the driving force behind a new offering called 'Ones to Watch'. 'Ones to Watch' is a quarterly index of the financial performance of IT services and BPO vendors, and in particular monitors changes in revenue growth and profitability for individual services vendors and for different segments of the market.

Mark has also supported NelsonHall's work in the annual Global BPO Market Forecast and worked on a number of bespoke research projects.

Prior to joining NelsonHall in 2009, Mark worked as a data analyst for Cogenta Systems, and was also a freelance website designer.

Before that he was involved in a business knowledge transfer project in Ghana, running workshops for over 1,300 entrepreneurial farmers teaching them business skills including forecasting, diversification and investment techniques.

Mark has an honors degree in Management Studies from Nottingham University.

Mark's hobbies and interests include photography, digital marketing, website design, films and music.
