Thomas is a research analyst at NelsonHall and has responsibility for the NelsonHall Customer Management Services BPO research program.

Prior to joining NelsonHall in January 2011, Thomas employment experience included:

  • A UK vehicle brokers, a senior management position in customer services, where he also had marketing responsibilities
  • Nationwide Valuations-Services, where he gained operational exposure to customer management services BPO
  • Thomas has also worked as a researcher for a leading legal-based charity.

Thomas has a First-Class Honors law degree.

Thomas is a keen sportsman, with a current passion for running.
