Accenture and SAIC Deliver Strong Revenue Growth

June is a very quiet month for financial reporting with only six of the vendors tracked by NelsonHall reporting financial results. Accordingly it is not possible to produce meaningful revenue growth averages for the month. However despite the general gloom produced by the credit crunch both Accenture and SAIC produced strong results, with the resources and public sectors prominent in terms of revenue growth.
Accenture reported its fiscal Q3 2008 revenues up 20%, including an increase of 12% in constant currency, with particularly strong performance in its products, resources and public service business units:
The strength of the public sector, including the defense sector, was also demonstrated by SAIC, the company reporting fiscal Qq1 2009 revenues up 18%, including organic growth of 14%:
