Dr. Katharina Grimme to Lead NelsonHall F&A Outsourcing Program

Dr. Katharina Grimme is to lead the development and delivery of NelsonHall's F&A Outsourcing program.

"Katharina is very highly regarded by our clients for her knowledge and expertise in business process outsourcing, and has gained the respect of our clients in areas as diverse as North American benefits administration and payments processing in Germany," according to John Willmott. "F&A outsourcing is a growing and important area for NelsonHall and Katharina, working alongside Randle Havens, will bring additional capability and coverage to help us to continue to enhance this key program".

In addition to her F&A program responsibilities, Katharina will continue to develop and lead NelsonHall's German and Continental European BPO research.

Katharina has over 8 years' experience leading strategy sessions and advising top level executives of key players on technology developments, strategic positioning, and go-to-market initiatives in the IT services and BPO arena.

Katharina holds a diploma in economics from Wuppertal University, an MBA from the University of Birmingham, and a Ph.D. from the University of Sussex.
