BPO Contract Analyses
NelsonHall's "BPO Index" contract analyses enable you to react quickly to new opportunities within the BPO market by identifying changes in the patterns of contract award.
BPO Index is produced quarterly. It provides an indicator of the overall health of the BPO market relative to the IT outsourcing market and identifies changes in contract activity:
- By BPO service type, where NelsonHall categorizes contracts into more than fifty distinct BPO service categories to give unrivalled granularity of analysis
- By industry sector
- By region and country.
The contract data is based on contract tracking across approximately 300 leading vendors.
