IBM offers FAO services through its BPO division Managed Business Process Services (MBPS).
The company does not go to market with a platform-based multi-process FAO offering, but has chosen a select sub-process, namely travel & expense management (T&E). The T&E technology 'GERS' (Global Expense Reporting Solution) was originally developed for IBM internally but has subsequently been leveraged for external clients as well. It is offered both as a hosted software product (in SaaS mode) but also as part of its multi-process FAO offering.
