In 2020 it introduced its Follow-me-IT (FIT) cloud-based platform, enabling traditional workplace environments to transform to a simplified digital workspace on cloud or hybrid model and improving onboarding. It uses VDI, Microsoft EMS Suite (Intune & Azure AD), O365, and Windows 10. FIT will also utilize digital support services, including chatbots, AI, automation, smart service desk, and smart hands for deskside.
