Unisys has announced results for Q3 FY21, for the period ending September 30, 2021:

Q3 2021

  • Revenues were $488m, down 1.5% y/y, down 3.4% in CC
  • EBIT was $24.1m, a margin of 5.1%, down 45 bps y/y
  • Non-GAAP operating profit was $28m, a margin of 4.7%, down 280 bps y/y.

Q3 2021 revenue (and y/y revenue growth) by business segment was:

  • Services $417.9m (-1.9%)
  • Technology $70.1m (+1.3%).

Within the Services business, Q3 2021 revenue (and y/y growth) by activity was:

  • Digital Workplace Services $141.3m, -4.7%, -6.2% in CC
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Services $118.9m, +1.7%, +0.7% in CC
  • Enterprise Computing Solutions (formerly referred to as ClearPath Forward) $1149.2m, -5.8%, -0.7% in CC
