It primarily services the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors market with HR services and complementary proprietary Zalaris technology (including Zalaris PeopleHub). Zalaris has two divisions:

  • Professional Services: the implementation division offering project management, technical consulting for SAP HCM/Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors and Zalaris platforms, test management & execution, change management, and digital adoption execution
  • Managed Services: primarily managed payroll and application support (AMS). In addition, Zalaris offers comprehensive payroll services, including time and absence management, travel and expense management, and a range of localized payroll services such as, but not limited to, reimbursements, payments, and end-user support. Its Managed Services business also has payroll services clients where the HCM technology is not SAP. To support this, it delivers standardized HCM integrations with other major HCM software platforms such as Workday, Oracle and other commonly used solutions.

Zalaris has ~1,100 employees across 17 countries and currently operates across the Nordics, Baltics, Poland, DACH, France, Spain, the U.K., Ireland and APAC. Zalaris has inflight projects, including building up local presence in another ~5 countries.
